Obtaining a loan is very much like taking an airplane trip across the country.

When you start your trip you have no idea how it will go.  What turbulence you might encounter, and if you have to circle the airport, before you can actually land.

My job is to be your Pilot, by using my experience to navigate around those turnbulent storms, keep you informed, and to oversee the Flight crew and safety of my passengers.
